Q: How do I know you received my order? A: You will receive an email confirmation from us immediately after you place your order.
Q: How long will my order take? A: PDF copies are delivered instantly. Paper copies will be delivered as you specify.
Q: Do you handle international orders? A: Yes. For all international customers, we strongly recommend the Downloadable PDF format to eliminate overseas shipping charges.
Q: How may I pay for my order? A: Unity Marketing accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept cash and checks. Invoiced orders are accepted for ESTABLISHED Unity customers only. Please call Unity Marketing at 717-336-1600 to request to be invoiced.
Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax? A: Today sales tax is only charged to delivery locations in Pennsylvania. If your company is located in Pennsylvania, therefore, you will be charged an additional 6% sale tax.
Q: What if I'm not comfortable ordering on the Web? A: Although using your credit card on a secure Website is actually safer than handing it to a waiter in a restaurant, we understand that some of our customers would rather not order directly from our site. Therefore, we are happy to help you place your order by phone. Call us at 717-336-1600, at anytime.
Q: Do you have a brochure? A: Yes! Click here to have one mailed to you.
Q: Can I return a report? A: Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with a specific report, we will work with you personally to make sure you get the information you need.
